What is HanchuESS?

HanchuESS is a platform which allows any 3rd parties to access and control consumer assets, basically, this is to support a series of user scenarios, use assets data for online analysis or BI report, controlled via optimisation signals provided by the energy utility or retailer, which pass benefits to their customers under a cheaper tariff or rate mechanism.

What is HanchuESS Connect?

HanchuESS Connect is a API, which contains IDaaS and OpenAPI , means to fully support whole process of authenticate-grant-access based on energy management.

Through our standard, this will enable 3rd parties to carry out the development of their integration independently into us and mainly focus on their own business.

The HanchuESS Connect API covers the following areas:

• Customer Lifecycle Customers can also off-board their assets from the partner's platform.

• Sending Events and Telemetry To understand what is happening with user assets, or how to control them over platform to platform, we provide a standard set of events that interative with HanchuESS Connect API endpoint.

• Receiving controls and updates To enable 3rd parties to control assets on behalf of the customer, we provide a standard set of schedules and configuration updates via webhook subscriptions.
